We offer both as-needed and regular cleaning services. Our regular services can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and as-needed. We also offer a one-time cleaning, such as before or after an event, as well as move-in / move-out cleans.
We offer different cleaning packages, based on your needs.
The services we provide in the Basic cleaning package are:
- Dusting - Ceiling corners, crown molding, baseboards, window and door frames, and window sills. Pictures, shelving, TVs, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and blinds.
- Bathroom - We scrub and sanitize bathtubs, showers, faucets, sinks, toilet, and counter tops. Mirrors and cabinet fronts are dusted and spot cleaned.
- Kitchen - We wash and sanitize the faucet, sink, and counter tops. We clean under small appliances and polish them. We clean the front of the oven, dishwasher, and the top and outside of the refrigerator. We spot clean cabinet fronts. The microwave is cleaned inside and out. We clean and decrease the range hood and stove top.
- Floors - Carpeted and hard surfaces are vacuumed. Tile, linoleum, and wood is damp mopped.
The Classic Package includes all the above plus:
- Final Touches - We empty and reline the trash cans. We changed and make the bedding. We polish unpainted wood with lemon oil.
Deep cleaning packages include:
- Cleaning the inside of the refrigerator, cleaning the inside of the oven, vacuuming upholstery, washing the woodwork and baseboards, as well as the bathroom and kitchen cabinetry.
